What I do for a living...

Over the course of these few months, I've realised that I have a challenge of explaining to people, or the common layman, what I actually do for a living. I mean, it's much simpler to say 'training', but I feel as if I'm shortchanged. I'm actually involved in a whole motherload of assisting an organisation in putting in place a structure/system of learning and development within them....ok...Did I lose you already...

Hence, I've decided to list it on the blog to give MYSELF a better idea, and reiterate this to people I meet.

Ok....so, I'm from the Corporate Academy, and essentially what we do is build a learning and development institution in your organisation. So in example, instead of going to a learning institution such as SHATEC or a hospitality school in which to upgrade the skills and gain a qualification/or to get cetified, we come into your organisation to make you one. This means, we'll equip you with all the components that are needed to get this going. In terms of providing you with customisable cirriculum materials, accreditation or the ability to issue internationally recognised certification, provide you with the qualified trainer/L&D specialist, whom is capable in delivering training based on your SOPs(Standard Operational Procedures),

To be continued....
