October already???

Seems like yesterday, but I've already work for ******** a little more than 6 months now. In all honesty, it's been going great. Although a little more verbal appreciation from the bosses would be nice. And yea...I did say verbal. I realise how important it is to provide praise on a daily basis rather than providing reprimands. That way you don't get your associates saying :" You only see things when they go wrong...." That sucks and it's real. Therefore my management philosophy will follow the path of praise, that way when things do go wrong, they will realise it was genuinely wrong. (Am I making sense?)

So with no one to do it, I'll just do it myself. "Great job Markie! You should keep up the good work. The numbers are healthy, employee morale is high because you join in the action and treat everyone with respect. YOu are more than meeting your goals for the establishment."

Ahh...I feel so much better now.
