how's my weekend?

Friday- went to Double O, realised Mohd Sultan has lost much of its lustre as a clubbing hub. Crowds have moved on the more popular MOS...St James....etc. Now becoming a mini Japan with all it's numerous Japanese eateries due to the expats living around. Shitty drinks and my general sentiments aside, still had a jolly time. Partly reminising of the times I slept, fought, puked at the venue. There's this cool looking Cigar Divan I wanna check out the next time tho....oh and maybe go for some Sapporo Ramen prior. Good stuff

Saturday- Caught 300 at Vivocity. Stuffed my face with a less than healthful Double Bacon Cheeseburger from Carl's Jr. Thanks a million Carl, for more obese Singaporean kids with chronic diseases. 300 the movie, gave it 2 thumbs up! Typical boy movie with blood, gore and camadaderie. SPARTANSSSSS!!!!! At least, now I know Leonidas is not just a brand of chocolate truffles.

Sunday- went to church. YES...you heard right. Refreshing experience. Never attended a service from a Pastor from Columbia. Hats off to his mimicking translator. Managed to shut up in church and sound blasphemous. Amen to that. Went jalan jalan after which. Had crap sushi dinner at Genki @ Marina. Still eating the usual crap SPicy Tuna Temaki, altho the ones in HI are still better.
