Relocation Perks
New Office down in Kramat Lane, Orchard Road. Having Brekkies while surfing free wifi. Definitely cool. At least now, a after work beer is not that far away. Plus, my lunching options just expanded 10-fold.
Immediate: must get rid of the musky ordour in office. Yucks.

Ah Pek, lao liao ah? I think you shld get a hearing aid instead of your N95. You might break a hip carrying such a big phone.
