Bon Apetit dans Chez Moi Part Deux
Still had some Pork Chops leftover from the grill 4 days ago so decided to make somethin out of it...
The inspiration came from Mom's leftover Pork chop stew, with potatoes, red onions, Panko and Dark Shoyu...came out real "homey" and delicious...yum.
ALong with it, bought some tiger shrimp from Daiei and made Shrimp Miso soup with Julienned Cabbage. Damn Good lah...I made my miso soup stock from Bonito Flakes, Kyushu Sake, Wakame and Red Miso.
Wonder what I can call my cuisine...Markie's Homestyle Fusion Delites maybe?
